We urge you to take the time to read and understand the terms of the legal agreement between you and the Vietnam Education Technology Development Company Limited (Vietedutech) as below. By accessing or using any content and images of Enspire Online application on smartphones and tablets (hereinafter referred to as APP), you (the user) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to complying with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the APP. Vietedutech is responsible for ensuring the legality of providing content on the APP to users. All information, images and all content posted on the APP comply with the provisions of law, and in accordance with Vietnamese customs and traditions.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using the APP, Vietedutech may require user to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, phone number, postal address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. As a security measure, all information will be transmitted using the HTTPS protocol. Passwords are internally one-way encrypted using the latest password hashing algorithm. The APP is published through third-party platforms that may collect information used to identify you. Children’s Privacy
The APP is intended to be used by children under 13, under the supervisions of parents. To enable a good user experience, the APP may collect personally identifiable information of children including and limited to nickname and age. These information will be kept and used by Vietedutech only to improve user experience. Vietedutech will not share these information with any third party.
Copyright and Trademark
The APP and all contents of the APP, including but not limited to texts, designs, graphics, interfaces, images, sounds, codes, are copyrighted by Vietedutech or licensed by third parties to Vietedutech. Any content belonging to APP including trademark, trade name, logo of the company or product, product design… are owned by Vietedutech and protected under the Intellectual Property Law. All acts of copying, quoting, modifying, distributing, publishing, cirulating… for commercial purposes in any form without the prior written consent of Vietedutech is a violation of Vietedutech’s rights. Vietedutech reserves the right to request the user to terminate usage and pay for damages (if any).
Vietedutech’s Rights and Responsibilities
Vietedutech reserves the right to change and / or terminate the contents and features of part or all of the APP without prior notice to users. Vietedutech reserves the right to take security measures to protect and prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction of infonnation on the APP. When using the APP, informalion will he transmitted via means / devices that are beyond Vietedutech’s control. Accordingly, Vietedutech is not responsible for or related to any delays, failure or interruptions of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of the APP. Personal information such as address, email, phone number of the APP user (provided by the user voluntarily in various forms on the APP) may be used internally for the purpose of improving the product. Vietedutech commits not to proactively disclose any information of users to third parties, except in the case of written request of investigating units in accordance with applicable law. At that time, Vietedutech will inform users by means of annoucements via provided e-mail addresses. Vietedutech will not be responsible for any fault or vulnerability in the HTTPS protocol which causes leak of data during transmission. Vietedutech will take any measure possible to protect user data. However, Vietedutech will not be responsible in the event of unauthorized access to user personal information. Vietedutech has no responsibility to indemnify or reward suppliers. You must he aware and ensure that the information and documents you submit are within your use rights. That means Vietedutech will not infringe any rights of third parties. Vietedutech reserves the right to reject some documents you submit without having to provide you with a specific reason.
User Rights and Responsibilities
Users are allowed to use the content that Vietedutech provides via APP. Vietedutech allows users to view and extract infonnation on the APP (print, download, forward) but only for personal and non-commercial use provided that Vietedutech is properly cited as the copyright owner. You ensure to abide by laws and regulations relating to Vietedutech’s use of APP; Do not interfere, affect the use of APP of other users; Do not interfere with the operation and management of Vietedutech website. You acknowledge and accept that Vietedutech and / or its subsidiaries / affiliates / employees are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from any decision regarding your use of any information on the APP for any reason.
General Provisions
Terms of use are governed by the laws of Vietnam. A term of use disabled by a court of competent jurisdiction will not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Vietedutech always welcome your comments / suggestions about APP content. If there is a part of the APP that you think has shown signs of copyright infringernent by a third party, please send information to info@enspire.vn. This notice and all terms of use constitute the entire agreement between Vietedutech and you regarding the use of information on the APP. Vietedutech may adjust this notice at any time by updating it. You should regularly visit the website to monitor these binding rules when using.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
